"The Resurgence of Spring Grove Village Ð Successes and Challenges" 6/17/2009
Back in late 2007, the PNC Bank Charitable Trust Committee awarded $35,000 to the CDC Association to pilot the New Model project during 2008, to demonstrate what can be achieved in a community through providing consultant support to a small non-staffed CDC. Spring Grove Village/Winton Place Development Corporation was chosen for the pilot. Mark Brunner, consultant to Winton Place Development Corporation, and Patricia Garry will discuss the project, its challenges, outcomes and goals for this second year. |
