Founded in 1985 with the mission to provide affordable housing for working families, CHP has to date built or rehabbed over 175 single family homes in 11 Cincinnati area neighborhoods.

Using the 2009 Operating Support Grant, Cincinnati Housing Partners (CHP) has rehabbed and begun selling four homes located in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Carthage. As we move forward through 2010 CHP plans to finish rehab on six homes and have four additional homes under development.

CHP has recently completed rehab on the single family home to the left and it's currently for sale.  It has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms.  Before and after pictures are mixed to the left. The complete transformation from water damage, outdated heating, animal smells, destroyed drywall, and inadequate insulation to the beautiful and modernized home it is today is amazing! CHP has replaced the roof, windows, furnace, water heater, and kitchen appliances and added central air.           A happy new homeowner recently moved into the beautiful rehab below.
