Our "Affordable Housing Development Manual" was  researched and written by Gwen Finegan and 
Deborah Jimmerson, who have  over 15 years combined expertise in housing and community development.
   
            The manual is designed for use by novice developers as well as  experienced developers.  It is a 
reference guide and educational tool  for those interested in affordable housing development.
 
            The manual includes a real estate compact disc Feasibility Analyzer by  Jack Jensen, Management 
Consultant, Real Estate and Rural Specialist of  Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation, New York, 
Puerto Rico, who  designed the “Quick and Dirty Real Estate Feasibility Analyzer.
 
             Editor of the manual was Barbara Milon,
 previously Executive Director of the NDC Association.
 
             The manual is available to individuals or 
organizations for $25.00 and $5.00 per copy for
